The staff members of Delaware Orthodontics are highly trained professionals. Courteous and friendly, the Delaware Orthodontics family always strives to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant. Our receptionists, Rachel, Treatment Coordinators, Melinda and Polly, Office Manager, Carly and our Insurance Coordinator, Polly, as well as our Clinical Assistants, Stephanie, Kieta, Shannon, Katie, Melinda, Alicia and Melanie, help create an enjoyable atmosphere whenever you visit our office.

Alicia Austin Orthodontic Technician/Clinical Manager With twelve years of orthodontic experience, Alicia is irreplaceable as a clinical assistant. She fabricates retainers for our patients, both upper removable and lower permanent retainers. Alicia is confident in all aspects of orthodontics, and she consistently delivers quality care to all of our patients.		Katie Hayes Orthodontic Technician/Inventory Katie is an excellent clinical assistant, with over fourteen years experience, and her strong attention to detail and organizational skills are evident as she manages our clinical inventory reports. Ordering only the highest quality orthodontic products, Katie guarantees that all of our patients receive superior treatment.
Melinda Ellis Treatment Coordinator/Marketing Melinda has been part of the Delaware Orthodontic family for six years, and she has excelled as both a clinical assistant and a treatment coordinator. With her comprehensive knowledge of our office, and her eagerness to help others, Melinda is truly is an irreplaceable member of our team.		Melanie Schueler Orthodontic Technician/Lab Technician Melanie has been a part of the Delaware Orthodontic family, as a clinical assistant, for over six years. In addition to patient care, Melanie handles all lab work for the office. With Alicia, Melanie ensures that all appliances are fabricated according to Dr. Husain’s specifications.
Shannon Collins Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator A graduate of Howard High School, Shannon has eight years experience in the dental/orthodontic field. With her strong communication skills and her bright smile, Shannon is proving to be a valuable asset to our team..		Kieta Williams Orthodontic Technician Kieta has been apart of our team for over a year. She is a certified nursing assistant. Kieta graduated from Upper Darby Dental School and has two years of orthodontic experience, and she has proven to be an excellent addition to our staff.
Christina Lyons Orthodontic Technician/Lab Tech Christina joined the Delaware Orthodontics family in April, she graduated from the orthodontic program at Howard Community College in Columbia Maryland.
