To serve you better, we changed our hours to the following:

Monday 10-6 (Newark)
Tuesday 8-4:30 (Newark)
Wednesday 8-4:30 (Middletown)
Thursdays 7-3:30 (Newark)
Friday 7-1 (Middletown)

Mission

Our goal is to provide all of our patients with exceptional orthodontic treatment with the utmost care and efficiency. We strive to be a high tech, but always-high touch type of office. We offer state-of-the-art technology, including indirect bonding, the Damon System, Invisalign and Red, White and Blue. We are always seeking for ways to make each and every patient feel special throughout their experience with us.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Financial/ Insurance

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Please ask us about financing options available through Capital One and Orthobanc. We accept all major cards. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
